字幕英会話に出てきたAss についてデビッドに聞いてみました。
この言葉は2つの意味を持っています。 一つは、"backside" (bottom、尻、けつ） そしてもう一つは"donkey"（ロバ）です。 Here is example of the latter.（後者の例文です）

"Breaking my ass" means "suffering an ordeal or great hardship"

That is the breakup point. それが破局の要因です。
But I think she will be back. でも私は彼女は戻ってくると思います。

私達は string を2者間の関係を表すためにしばしば string を使います。
